About the Trust

Empowering Women, Defending Rights

The Human Rights Women Commission Justice Forum was founded from a simple but profound belief: every woman deserves justice, dignity, and a voice. Our journey began when a group of women—lawyers, activists, and survivors—came together in the aftermath of a landmark case in 2010. Moved by the courage of those who spoke up against injustice, they created a safe space where support, legal guidance, and hope could flourish for all women, no matter their background.

Our Mission & Values

Our mission is to empower women to stand tall, seek justice, and reclaim their rights. We work to ensure that every woman facing discrimination, violence, or legal barriers finds practical support, trusted resources, and a compassionate community.

  • Compassion: We listen, without judgment, and offer a safe haven for those in need.
  • Justice: We uphold the law and fight for fairness, equity, and dignity for all women.
  • Empowerment: We provide resources, education, and legal aid to help women take charge of their futures.
  • Integrity: We act with transparency, honesty, and respect in all that we do.

Today, our trust stands as a beacon for thousands—offering not just legal support, but also hope and belonging. Through our work, we strive to break cycles of injustice and build a world where every woman’s rights are recognized and protected.
